Alhamdulillah, I can say that this program has been extremely beneficial for me, particularly in my personal, professional and spiritual development. I have gained new perspectives on all aspects of life and developed a clear understanding on how to achieve my career goals, while strengthening my Imaan and Tawakkul. 

This is evident as within only a few weeks of starting my journey, I was able to receive an offer for a degree apprenticeship, all thanks to Ustadh’s excellent and unique guidance and strategies to prepare for interviews and corporate life. I can honestly say joining UA Academy has been the best decision I have made in my life as I have learnt so much and I look forward to continuing my growth in all areas of life with Ustadh and this brilliant program.

As someone with various disabilities, I faced life-changing, traumatic events over the past five years, leading to significant struggles in my mental, physical, and financial well-being. My GP referred me to talking therapies in 2022, but they didn’t help; I felt they only allowed me to vent without offering real solutions.

In April 2024, a friend recommended UA Academy for guidance from a qualified Islamic Scholar. My experience there has been transformative. After more than 10 sessions, I noticed significant improvements in my emotional state by the third session. They helped me create a personalized strategy to tackle my challenges, which we revised as I made progress. 

Thanks to UA Academy, I’ve gained insights into solutions I hadn’t considered before, allowing me to return to work after 18 months of absence due to trauma. I highly recommend UA Academy to anyone facing difficulties, as they genuinely aim to help you find solutions, just as they did for me. Alhamdulillah.

Joining UA Academy has been a life-changing experience for me. Since I started, I’ve seen myself grow in so many ways—I’ve become more confident, learned how to lead others, and developed a level of patience I never thought I’d reach. Being part of this program has also strengthened my relationship with Allah, reminding me to prioritise my faith in everything I do and constantly remembering Allah and being grateful to him no matter how I feel about the situation. I feel so grateful to be part of a program that not only pushes me to be better but also helps me stay organised and focused on my goals.

The group sessions with my peers have been one of the best parts of the journey. I love how interactive they are; we get to share ideas, challenge each other’s perspectives, and truly listen to one another. And the support we receive is incredible—our mentor is always checking in on us, making sure we’re doing okay, and is there whenever we need advice or just someone to talk to. This is by far the best part of the program. Having that constant encouragement has made all the difference, and I’m so thankful for it. Confiding in him feels so natural, and every session leaves me feeling relaxed, like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. He always listens intently, and no matter what I’m going through, he has a solution or guidance that brings me peace and clarity. Before joining the program, I thought I didn’t need any help and felt there wasn’t much to improve on. However, these past five months have shown me that there’s always room to grow, and now I’m genuinely excited to see what more I can learn in the sessions ahead.

As a former student of Ahbabur Rahman, I can 100% guarantee that his teaching, knowledge, and influence has had nothing but a positive impact on my life. I was a student of his Islamic studies class for over 10 years, starting from the age of 4, and I built a brilliant relationship with him over the years. Ahbab’s style of teaching is unmatched and has helped me grow in so many other ways beyond just spiritually.

In addition to providing Islamic advice, he was also able to offer guidance on general life queries. This has given me much more confidence in myself and my approach towards life. He also maintained a very friendly and personal approach towards the lessons and his students, allowing him to establish a strong relationship with them. This gave his students a greater sense of comfort in the class meaning lessons were more effective. 

Overall, I would definitely recommend Ahbab’s services to others due to the amount of knowledge he is able to provide. As a student I could see him as much more than just a teacher knowing I could go to him for any support I may require. He displays such a high level of passion and commitment to ensuring the best for his students, which you’ll struggle to find anywhere else.
